i didnt change the value of sleep time just changed speed to 10 still i dont see any speed increase. is this outdated

when GRP launcher begin download the patch I inject the launcher with "DarkByte's speed hack".
My network is 2 MB and max speed download normally 256 Kb/s.
Look what happened i have ~2 MB/s.
I set speed and sleeptime to "1"
