Kinda need help

Okay, so i just dropped by my buddies house, and he gave me a windows vista
home premium 64-bit with sp1
amd phenom x4 9100e quad-core processor

Now i can say i dont know shit bout a computer lol. But yeah he just left, Hes not coming back. Don't have a mobile number. And guess fuckin what. there is a password on it. I don't have a recovery disk, nothing for it but the plugs, and i still dont have blank cds.

Any suggestions if i can't enter the account? I know one of yall smatt people know, and don't be like GOOGLE.

enter "Password" as the password.. Duhh...

Download a pirated copy of windows vista and burn it on a cd. Then just reformat.
Or try to enter "1234" or just dont type nothing, as the password.

reformat that shit dumbass.
It should come with in-computer reformat at the boot up screen.
