Start Hack than game or vice versa
Wait for the cursor to load than use Numpad1/F6 to Bring up the Menu, fully configurable once you are in-game
When you save the settings you have, a Config file is created alongside the cheat, share among friends for maximum enjoyment
It doesn't matter full screen windowed or windowed mode it is all supported
When in-game you can adjust settings and save them, while playing you can hold tab and right click to bring the mouse cursor in view everything can be adjusted with mouse clicks in the menu

Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages starting from 2013 and descending from there
Note : If you still have problems Google "All in One Runtimes" download the tool and it will fix all the problems with your windows runtimes.
Problem : Black Screen of Death
Solution : Use Google to find out how to enable Aero than make sure it looks like the picture below
Problem : I get a 0xc0000007b Critical Error
Solution : Download the "Missing DLLs.rar" extract and place them alongside the cheat
