well actually you can use cheat engine and set the speed to like 1.2 or 1.3 it really helps .

You are not changing your speed stat, you are just making the game "go" faster.

Idiots. The wisdom and vitality are server sided. Why the hell would it be client sided, where you could essentially use godmode?
