Simple Project (VB NET)

I posted in the Programming section but realized this forum is dead besides General. I need a basic program with the smallest borders possible. It needs to be nothing but TradingView.com within the window. Perhaps a home screen with various links related to stocks, but TradingView.com is important. Would do it in Visual Basic but I'm lazy. I'd continue to use it within browser with full screen enabled but I do not like the bulky borders browsers have. If somebody can have it complete by the end of this weekend, I will send you some Bitcoin and/or a Steam wallet code.

How much are we talking here ?

Left over BTC change if you just put TradingView.com in a small/borderless window.
$50 Steam wallet if it doesn't look like shit.

Does it need to be in VB or can C# be used?

Also, my market maker will only link to TradingView if it's opened in Internet Explorer. So maybe if you could get IE full screen mode in a sizable window, that could work. I tried running the Metro app in a window using ModernMix but it didn't work. It has to be the desktop version.

This is the easiest fucking project ever - why hasn't someone done it already? Or am I missing the catch?
