This wasn't a menu release. The menu you saw in game wasn't just released by him. He released a couple of scripts for one to download. You can simply attach these to his provided menu though. http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=867490

I won't be releasing it publicly. Also, due to the method it uses, it's technically already detected by spyglass so most people wouldn't be able to use it anyway!!
