You probably won't find someone to teach you language step by step on here. You can find people who will answer your questions and help you.
If you wanna learn C++ check this topic. You can also google any questions, how to do things, or ask questions on here.
You certainly won't find anyone to make a hack for you, nor will you find anyone to teach you how to make hacks step by step. You might be able to get someone to help you, provided you know the language, know some assembly, and have done everything in this topic.
