Application Thread for Salty Realms

Hello there guys, I wanted to post this because being the only one working on the server can be quite boring/sad from time to time, therefore what I'm I looking for? I'm currently ONLY looking for 2 Chat Moderators, 1 Q and A, and 1 Developer, 2 Spriters and that's about it for now, in the future when server get a little bit bigger, I might need to some more people, anyway, back to the whole point, that's the application form.

Did you have any experience on any other servers?:
Could you Sprite an nice shaded mob/item? (only if you're spriter):
Could you Code a little behaviour or some nice little items? (only if you're developer):
Could you Answer any question someone new would ask? (only if you're Q and A)
Could you Moderate the chat, be fair and report any spam/abuses to me? 'I would prefer pics also' (only if you're Chat Moderator):
In a working day how much are you normally on?: 24/7 :3
How WOULD YOU rate YOURSELF in scale of 1 to 3 1 being Not so Good, 2 being Good and 3 being Brilliant? (please be honest on that one, this obviously applies to the rank you have chosen):

I will not ask for things like age since I guess you guys want to keep that kind of information private, at least most of you

What & Why?: Admin/Chat Mod, Not sure how to go about this but pretty much everyday now i've been looking for really interesting rotmg pservers. cause rotmg is love but it also is a part of your life. I would like to be a chat mod for your server in order to inspire the players to go on when you're not there & always keep the fun going. Idk if you know but there's not many rotmg pservers out there & most are prob laggy or dealing with issues. Also to include recently the somewhat decent pservers out their are dealing with issues & can't be played on. To see your server in such great quality is amazing.
Any Previous Experience: No, because many other servers you must pay for it or the staff was established before the server was released.
Could you Moderate the chat, be fair and report any spam/abuses to me?Also add pics?: I have no reason to hesitate to report someone too you, even it was a close friend or family. Anyone who does wrong is an enemy of me & you. I wouldn't dare complain if u must demote, ban or remove me from the server as it would be my wrongful actions. Also yes I can take Pics.
AmountofTimeICouldDedicate: 2 hours at minimum, Depends on how life goes. I do have school but it doesn't mean i won't try to still play. Usually if everything goes smooth i have like 6 hours on week days & over that amount of time on weekends. btw i only have this short amount of time because i must wake up at like 5:00am & get home at 4:30pm
SelfRating: I wouldn't see myself as a terrible person neither a absolute "Mr.Nice Guy" so I would rate myself 2/3

What and Why- I would like to be Chat Moderator or spriter since I can sprite items/dungeons. I would like to be chat moderator to filter out the chat so know one is insulting, being mean. I will take pictures of the abuses and spam also. For spriter I can sprite dungeons such as Shaitan if you want me to, and code the behavior.

I'm a kind guy, and I'm not the type who would get angry over some small issue, I'd be the guy who would fix it and listen to what people need to say/know.

I do believe you 50% with those items, if you make a monster 16x16 which bassicaly looks like an tube of salt, You will get spriter.
