id ther a program that takes a couple of codes and makes a generator out of it, i want to make my own cs3 generator to have advertising for my site

No.. you actually have to be somewhat smart and know how to code before just *poof* a working keygen appears.

but how do i calculate stuff like that?

Most keygens use an algorithm based on name, I think.

Say you're registration name was.... "Bob Saget"

and that translated to :

A399S-ETDD3-DBBQ3-IIDKF-34340

I'm pretty sure that's how they work, but...I really don't know, seeing as how I have no experience...
