CPU Hack

I have a really slow computer and I was wondering if it was possible to make a CPU hack for the current version? If so then can someone let me know. It would be nice to play this game without having it lag every 2 seconds.

Btw it still lags after i lower graphics and stuff. There was only slight improvement
