HWID Changer (Bypass HWID Ban without making Bootable VHD)

This is my first public release of the HWID Changer i have been working on.
i figured you guys who have been banned needed one.
this enables you guys to bypass the HWID ban on GRP and every other game that bans using Hardware Identifications.
if you want to release anywhere else please PM me for permission. DO NOT RE-RELEASE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

With changing you HWID does it effect any programs?? Any licensing of those programs? Read a while back where it is possible for that to happen........

Isnt the HWID used for when you install windows? So it is registered to only one PC, just thinking out loud, but if you change your HWID wouldn't that change the licence for your windows?
