Character Spring Speed changing

Hey guys i started to play GRP again and i wanted to ask that if it any way to lower character sprint speed with changing some value or something if it then it would be usufully for a hack

Uhh, LOWER? Oh and BTW, no, im pretty sure thats server side since it depends on what armour you are wearing.
