Color hasn\'t stated that theres anything wrong with the attachment yet. The approval process isnt just virus scans. Theres also testing it and looking for anomalies. Virus scans dont find everything, so at least a quick scan of the archive is necessary too. Because of this, approving a download takes time. Again, be patient.

You will also need to learn basic assembly, and how to use a decompiler and assembly editor.

You cannot download it until a moderator (Color) has approved the download. It sounds like Color found some issues, so no one can download it until they are resolved and the download is approved. For the third time, just be patient. Good things come to those who wait.

Personally, I would prefer if this thread was locked until we get a public approval/denial from a moderator to stop even more spam, but I dont have any authority here.
