Right Click the game in Steam -> Properties -> Verify Game Integrity

Well, works pretty well, but a bit too powerfull for me, i don't wanna be OP, just efficient.... waiting for the activate/deactivate buttons !

does this work for the not steam version?

is there a menu to press hotkeys when the game opens? when i open the game when i change the dll nothing happens and no hacks works

Replace the .dll file, and then simply play the games. The hacks are activated by default and cannot be turned off.
