Payday The Heist DLC Unlocker

It was recently free on steam.
What wasnt free though, Was the technician DLC. Kind of missed that class from the PAYDAY 2 Free weekends.
So Ive been wondering, Can anyone help me out here?

(It would be appreciated if when you offer "Just make a script on your own" Include the script or if possible an "How-To-Install" Thingy.)

Im kind of a lua noob here.
Soooooo, a way to unlock the technician DLC wouldve been appreciated.

I Wasn't sure where to post this as theres no Payday the heist forum.
