I dont care how many perms it has on the account, as long as it has the defaults/rankup rewards and the perm elite mod.
Will be paying in NX and will use OMM unless you go first with full info.

Only accepting LTC+ (NA Only Please, can be stripped or not I am only willing to pay 20K in NX)

Sorry, what do you mean by "can be stripped"?

He means nothing on it but defaults from rank up (he is mostly looking for mod i'm guessing)
So for example no perms no gear and no gp
