Best Eggcrack settings?

Does anyone have any good Eggcrack settings? I've been using one but it slows down after about 20 seconds of it being used... I have a beast of a PC and can probably handle as much as you guys can dish out! :P Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depends, do you plan on using your PC while you crack or are you doing it overnight?

Depends on how big the list is, Do you have settings that are good for both? o.o Please do tell :P

Best Egg.Crack settings depends on your pc and internet, you want the threads as high as possible with 0 interval and lots of good proxies.

I have a high end pc. i7 2x GTX 780 Ti SC and 32 GB RAM.... My internet is just over a little bit better than yours :P Any recommended proxies?

Either scrape personal proxies or buy a subscription to a private list
Also it depends on where the proxies are hosted, Chinese proxies are usually a no-no
