If I use cheat engine on RA3 (which is on my steam acc) will I get VAC ban or something?
Most likely yes, you would get VAC banned.
Unless it's in singleplayer and your internet is disconnected.
I think not you get banned only by using hack in game...otherwise ce detect by vac anti cheat so you can not run the ce when the game is running
