The two arrows are terribly pixelated.
You've used a while layer gaussian blur with the text selected again (it almost never makes a good effect) and the lights are flares rather than actual light.

I'd say the text is OK-ish on its own (without the arrows).

As for lights, try to take any image, imagine that you point a light towards it from any corner of your liking, then pick the brush tool and draw shadows.

The image on the left is really pixelated and blurry. A little bit rough on those edges, too.
Not sure what's going on with the purple and white flares, consider the background before adding stuff like that.
I suggest a different font where it says "hacking to the core" to give it some variety.

As mentioned still has to be worked on, overall pretty nice !
