❓ [Discussion] On server hacking/hacking admin accounts.

This is just a discussion for the community, but what are all y'alls opinions/storys/experiences with "Server hacking, Admin hacking" IE. hacking into an admins account and ruining the server. Or using the simple port scan to gain access to the servers FTP port and make yourself an Operator.
Personally my only experience was a server back in 2009, They had a website and the owner was not the brightest fellow around. I SQLid the site and gained access to all their user information, He registered his website account with the same password as his minecraft account, It was also the same username/password for his server login through a hosting site.
I proceeded to taking control of his server and ended up just deleting all his files.
Anyone else have similar experiences/encounters?
And this still works today, Just people are more secure and a simple SQLi would never get anywhere

Haha, one time I was just cracking account and all of a sudden I found this account that was an admin on a server I was donor on, went on gave myself the most op sh*t ever and the highest donor rank then logged off and changed his pass c;

Cracking the hotmail of the owner and recover the pass of the console and give me all the permissions

Well i never OP me because its stupid, Appear in the Chat and if they type /deop and TAB they will see your name and ban you so i just add me permissions to 10 usernames and its like op :'D

Once I cracked the account "TotesEthan", an admin of OmegaRealms. This was before the server got big, and if I had held onto it, great things could have happened.
