Webcam

Not sure if this is supposed to be here,
but i urgently need a webcam for skype/video calling and tutorials, etc.
Would be great if it had a mic as well.
Budget is around $30 but i'd prefer $20 for an alright one, any recommendations?

And if it's possible i can spend a lot more but i dont really care about video quality or anything.
I just need something to do the job.
