I could also use this although more specifically for the Voltz modpack. I think that the Technic Launcher verifies the pack files now so that you can't really put a hacked client in with the official launcher as far as I know. If you need xray for any version instantly then I would use an xray texture pack.
Look up how to make a simple XRay, add that to your Technic... Works the same way as Minecraft... Ypu don't need anything special... But when adding ores make sure to add the Technic ones.
.Using an xray texturepack would be the easiest way for you to go in my opinion
