SAMPFUNCS safe??

Hi, I see a lot of samp hacks say you need MGFUNCS or SAMPFUNCS. Can somebody tell me if they are safe to download please. It tells me it is a trojan and my PC tries to remove and on virustotal it says 13/54 which is risky, but I know it could be a false positive. Can anybody tell me who has used it or knows about it if it is safe? Thank you all!
