Should there be?

Hi all
I have a question to all members of MPGH who use the Graphics section..
Should there be a SOTW for normal users and other for Mods/Minions?

Because right now the 23th SOTW is not fair at all..
People vote for Mods/friends because of their friendship etc..
They dont vote for the best and most experienced..and momentally is the most experienced dude is stratica..His sig is made very good,the bg,the render..ALL!..
So shud be there two SOTW?

And question to LIZ..

I recommend one SOTW for newbies & intermediates.
And one SOTW for SOTW winners, GFX members, etc.

theyre shouldnt be private poll cause nobody kno if it was voted by backup.
Why not when some1 vote he need post a reason why he voted for him so like that ppl know if it was a vote bcause he like the person or if his sotw rock
