Stuck on loading screen

Alright so im using wServer that I found on the tutorial thread in the tutorials section. Ive changed the IP to my IPv4 adress found from ipconfig, and ive changed the list.cs IP to my public IP that players will connect to. Even when I run the wServer.exe as admin, no one can connect as we are all stuck on "loading".

Specify... Load error retying or connection failed. If it is load error check if your server is up or you have the server port-forwarded/hamachi/vps. If it's con failed then check if there is an error and refer to a guide along with checking your struct.

Anyways looking at the screenshots, you need to be running your /server/bin/release/server.exe as administrator as well
