There's only one way to get a bhop script for CS:S, and its not guaranteed.
Its Exec bhopping scripts here's a download: pastebin com/huekNEqA -- change the file format to: ".cfg", Put it in your cfg folder located in the cstrike folder.
To enable it, just do "exec bhop" in console then press "F1", but there's a catch, there is a possibility of your game crashing... Have Fun
