Umm I am not certain seeing as how I do not have the game but just download a save maybe then put it in your saves file and delete the game patches it might have and let it reinstall the patches thinking thats your save...

you will probably need to wait a long time till any trainers come out due to the new cheat prevention they are using,seen some people talking about it on a forum
i use a trainer in off line mode then when i go back online i still have my 600000+ money and best gear in game and multiplayer
