It has Win8 / windows phone support as well as andriod support, but I'm looking to hack the windows one. (hmm it seems i cant post links yet.. you can get it on apps.microsoft or just app store)

I've gone through the cheat engine tutorial, and I've been able to find out how to change unit usage every battle to add instead of subtract, but they patched that with the current patch.

I assume battle are client sided and resources are server sided, after fiddling around with cheat engine, but I'm too noob to find working hacks myself.

Anyhow, if anyone wants to give it a shot, I'll be really happy. Good luck!
