Live sound editting program

Ok so I need a program that basically can edit sound as its coming through my headphones like ANY sound including game sound and stuff because you know. Ok you don't know but i like Tweaking my music so please if anyone knows one.

No.

A program that allows me to modify and as you said auto-tune music as I'm listening to it.

It'd work the same way. All you would need to do is mess with your audio playback defaults while using a sound editing program.
Any sound editing program would work, really.

I need it live while playing different songs

How the hell can you edit it if for example your playing?
