MTA DayZ Item-Wallhack (Video)

Hello,
So basically I saw this:


video and yeah it would be cool if someone could actually make something like that.
It would also be good that it basically marks the item locations as some items are inside walls
or are invisible.

Kind of like X-Ray and a marker for items that are invisible (so that you know where they lie around, marked with a red dot or something so you know where you can press J when this "Gear" appears)

Well, I had an Idea of how this could actually work but I have no coding experience

That would be fantastic. I think it's not hard to do this.
