Anti-xray
Is there even any way to bypass the anti-xray where it only shows you chests/ores/etc within a certain range?

No, you just let the players use X-Ray. Otherwise, people won't click your ads. TROLOOLOLOLOLOLO

Im assuming you are using a mod for x-ray, so does the x-ray texturepack work?

If the server has a anti-xray plugin, then probably no. Most plugins make fake blocks and scatter them around the world. They disappear when you get closer to them. I dont know of any good way to bypass anti-xray plugins. I would recommend letting users have xray. That way you know they will stay on the server and not freak out. Sorry, if you can't understand im writing this with my phone.
