Windows firewall??

Alright, so I am running Club559's source on my Private Server. I added pets and a few more items. But what I can't do is make it public. I have port forwarded 2050 , 843 (That's what trapped's tutorial said) and 8888 (Club runs server of 8888 instead of 80). Then I change the Client through yogda to my IP address. Then I change the Server>Char>list.cs DNS to my IP as well. Then when I try to connect I get load error retrying. I think it might be my windows firewall.

Now heres the kicker. I can't access my windows firewall. (Bare with me) Now you might think that sounds stupid but I think it might be a virus or Trojan of some sort. Because everytime I click Windows Security and then Windows Firewall the window freezes and it says Windows Security has stopped responding. And I am almost 100% sure that's why I get Load Error Retrying because a few times that I've tried to make it public my windows firewall pops up and says, "wServer has been blocked by windows firewall"

So if anyone has ran across the same or similar problem please help. And I already uninstalled by AVAST firewall to see if that was the problem and it wasn't.

Some one please please help, I really want my server public. I am probably buying a VPS whenever it gets fixed so please help.
