I always wanted to know why does black people feel comftorable when they call therselves "******s" , and why they do feel so bad / angry when a non black skin calls them ******.

****** -> Nigga

because they feel entitled to a word that we, the white man, gave them. Their name, '******', finally stuck after all these years but they're not in chains so they believe we can't call them it anymore. Reverse racism.

OT: It's what @Dave's Sheep said, they've been called it for so long that it has stuck and when racism was "over" they kept it as a slang and when other races say it, it offends them. I can see how some races can call their African friends a form of "******" and they would be OK with it.
