Since Runescape is a server sided game this could only be accomplished by manipulating sent/received packets. There used to be a way to duplicate items in WPE Pro but it is patched and Runescape has made the system where it is now pretty much impossible to do this. In other words, this doesn't exist and most likely will not be made. If you would like to bot for gold i suggest powerbot or excobot for old school.

what is coins?

i think he meant gold!

Well, It's Impossible to create a hack like that in RS.
