Lag while hacking

When i use hacks i get random lag spikes, Help?
All my graphic settings I set to lowest and it still does this.
I tried a few different hacks too.

get a better computer?(rip my shitty pc can't handle anything, im too poor )

It might be the wallhack being shit. Or chams

it might be that the hack your using sucks dick
