Let me first start this off by saying.
I am not a retard at least I hope I am not.
The error I am getting is this.
[ERROR] lua/hera5.lua:284: Couldn't load module library!
1. require - [C]:-1
2. unknown - lua/hera5.lua:284
Things I have done.
Placed gmcl_cvar3_win32.dll in Garrysmod/Garrysmod/lua/bin
Installed both vcredist_x86 and vcredist_x64
Why am I still getting this error. If anyone is intrested I am talking about this hack.

I wouldn't recommend using Hera but that's up to you. You have to place it in garrysmod/lua/bin not in garrysmod/bin
