Yeah for sure. But if it gets to be a terrible problem, just get the mp5rk or whatever it's called and throw some control on it.
AVA Screenshots are huge, if I want to upload what I do is I printscreen it to paint then cut it out and save it. Boom 3MB picture converted into 356KB :O

My friend said there's an option in Photoshop to downsize the image by memory without compromising size and quality. I can't find it though
