Outsourcing IT & Development
Does anybody have experience with outsourcing IT & Development to Ukraine or Belarus? Or know anything about it? (Even though I know that this subject does not belong here at all, considering the fact that most of the members are uneducated and/or unprofessional.)

If you want to outsource dude try indian people they are quite good and have cheap rates
