E-mail help needed fast please!!

Hello my cf account got scammed... and the e-mail where it whas on pw changed and everything so i cant get it back can some one help me please to get it back? I've already tried to reset the pw but i cant because i dont have enough information...
i sended one mail with the account and never did billing or something so i dont know what i have to do right now

If you don't have any of the transaction information or the original details then I don't you can recover it.

i have original details and its even has .be from my country and the dude thats now on the e-mail is from usa i think so but i have to give them info about e-mails i send but i only sended one e-mail with the account
