I'm not sure what the problem is. I used the injector you used on Windows 7, and I also used FireFox.

I tried following steps but not work.. here is what I do..
1. open FF then go to the game page and wait until game loaded (Start button screen)
2. open Antiban -> select FF, hit the first button.. wait and hit the second button, it's say success!!
3. click in game Start button
4. open ProcessHacker (run as Admin.) select 'plugin-container' (the second one)
5. inject the cwv2.dll and nothing happen :'(
