I've got the patching error code and I don't know what's happening. It's not patching right now is it? I just downloaded Combat Arms on my new computer.

No, it isn't patching.
If you look at their website, Nexon will tell you that they only patch on the last Tuesday of every month, and then 2 weeks later (roughly) they release new content without having to patch again.

I know what the error code is, I just don't know why it's happening. It's not patching or anything so the error code shouldn't popup.
Try to reinstall and see what that does.
Make sure you have the lates framework also.

I also rcoment directx latest version is the august update.
Also get service packs for computer.
Its downloading their new spyware thats what its doing...
