[REQUEST] DotNetFX and VB 2008 Express Edition

does any1 have d latest dotnetfx for vb 2008 applications, im always having the "Application failed to initialize (0x0000135)", PCs here also have deepfreeze
everytime i use it i need to download the dotnetfx, microsoft only provides
the downloader not the software itself, if some1 has the latest dotnetfx Redistributable Package can u give me a link?

i also need a copy of VB 2008 express edition, again microsoft only provides the downloader, if any1 have the full installer can i have the link? i would like to have a copy of the full installer at my flash drive.
