DDR3 is standard RAM that is used for normal programs, and is the most widely used. (Though DDR4 just came out as well)
GDDR5 is VRAM, which is used almost exclusively for graphics, and is not comparable in the slightest.
It's obvious you're looking for a graphics card, though you must be mistaken, as it's impossible to for a GPU to have DDR3 RAM.
If you're comparing GPUs, they're both going to be GDDR5.

1) dont buy gpus based on memory
2) if there is gddr3 left (clearly there isnt unless if you own a console (consoles are shit thats why they call past gen hardware in next gen)) dont pick it
