Thread deleted

Hello, I posted 2 times a thread with my release for CSGO. The 1st time moderator said there are outside links in attachment, so I remove the links and reupload and again moderator says there are outside links. I think it is very impolite not to even check the file and just copy paste the same message. I will upload the file here to you can see it is following the rules which I have just read. I need permission to post the cheat, that is why I escalate this here.
