I have one solution for you who has been permanently banned from GRP server, you just need to change your yeti file configuration just copy this configuration and paste it to your yeti file and replace the original Yeti file ( you must back up ur original first)

You can find your Yeti file on this patch C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Online\Game\NCSA-Live or somewhere else where u install the grp files with steam,,,

Ummm...Yeti.ini has been encrypted...
If you're playing on the NA server , play EU - Vice versa.
If you're playing on the NA server , play EU - Vice versa.
change hwid, install win8.1, change hwid again (to be safe), create fresh steam account in win8.1, re-download grp (in a new location, delete previous installation), create new grp account, log in and play. you won't be able to unban your previous account so forget about it. pro-tip: either switch to win8.1 permanently (it has better performance than win7, you can also change the start menu using third party programs) or install win8.1 on a different hard disk or virtual drive. follow these steps exactly as I've written and you will be able to play again. there are some threads created before so read those for details.
