Getting a error "Lagged

Recently i installed clubbed source and follwoed a few tutorials. and i was able to load the cleint and i could register. However before i could enter the nexus my wserver would begin showing messages like " LAGGED! : time:4:dt: 35 count: 5020 time :251007 tps: 19.994422466306
I was heavely i excited to be able to start my own server. I am quite new and any help would be tremendously appreciated. if pics are neccesary i will gladly post.

I wouldn't worry. However i think it might be the cause of me not being able to connect to the nexus.
