How do you report a thread?

So every time i try to report a post (first time) i get the mesage telling me i cant post a link how do i report than?.

You just need more posts . 25 - 40 posts I guess , may be way less but you need more posts .

Thanks well i need to get posting because i need to report a scammer.

You can make a post about it in the market place also : http://www.mpgh.net/forum/122-market-place/

Just like the link posting limit and uploading I believe, you cannot report until you get the Member Level 1 tag on your profile.

To get that, it should be 10 posts although the admins could've changed it to 15.
