I like it, the colors blend well together.
The only thing that is bugging me, is the right hand side. You put the guy in the background there while the left side seems a bit bare. I think you should even it out by removing the guy from the background and keeping it bare on that side as well. I think it will really bring the focus there.
Other than that, very nice job.
