Thread got locked

I see my service thread has been locked, not sure about the reason but as for the recent posts they were paid for other stores not Amazon and for that I have a policy that there's no time guarantee as the store takes longer than 1-3 business days like Amazon or less. Because my customers gets worried when this happens.
