😠 hacked account

my account got hacked and now Z8 support isnt helping me....

how can i get my account back can someone hack it back for me? $40 for whom ever can get it back for me...add my on skype if u need more info

First of all just don't fake the 40$ thing. No need to lie about something you wont do.
Second , we are here to help you that is why this section exists. Now elaborate more about your problem and tell us how it got hacked/stolen from the first place , provide more info (Screenshots if available) .

Also Z8 support isn't refusing to help it's just some support tickets take a while to answer, just make sure you provided all the info they required.

i got the same problem too. my problem is z8games account administration department can't do anything. reason is I dont have 2 of the required information to give them for proof.The only thing I have is my 2 old emails before the hacker changed it and a security answer if the hacker thing change it. I also have screenshots replays and 4 very old karma koin payments for my account( they ask for the 2 most recent payments). they always rely back saying that I dont have at least 2 required information and said they wont accept alternative information.

There is no such thing as getting your account hacked
only, idiotically giving out ur info.

These account hacking are probably from fake zp/gp/rank/guns generators. Do not fall for these as there fake and cause very bad viruses. There is no way someone can give you a rank, gp, or a gun in crossfire (You can gift zp but it costs money). If you gave away your information for a scam dont bother making a thread as if you don't know the information for your account, we cannot help you.

well whom ever stole it did a good job... because i wake up in the morning to find out that my password was changed... but yes no joke i will give the $40 to whom ever can get it back ( hacking it back so to speak) but other than that idk how the guy took my account..ive never given my user and pass info to anyone. I came here because Z8 isnt helping but they do answer me but they arent doing anything to get it back plus i heard that if the person who stole the account bought zp that you cant get it back.

yea same here. i never gave my info to any1, downloaded any zp hack, or fall for any scam sites (maybe i accidentally downloaded a hidden keylogger). even if they hack the info how can they change my email, doesnt z8 like send you and email to confirm the change? any who, z8 account adminstration dpt. sucks. the only thing they do is reply back with oh you didnt fill in at least 2 of the required information. im like how dod u aspect us to fill in the information if the hacker changed most of it. I offered plenty of alternative information but they wouldnt accept that.
